My Yahoo Prayer Group is dedicated to spreading the word of Jesus Christ
online. I have been commissioned by God to unite our people back to Christ
nationwide. So many of us are into false religions and listening to
to many religious people that we ourselves become confused. We are
here to network with one another and encourage one another. We are
here to pray for one another and if there is a need for us to
share that with the group or myself and I will assist you in finding
the resources that you need. That's why I have created those Web

as possible reguardless of race but my group is aim at uplifting our
people and attempt to unify us as a whole nationwide. This is a new
beginning and I am ready to do my part as a child of God and win

Hello my name is Emmanuel. I am The Founder and Creator of "Light
OF The World Inspirational Group" which is part of a new movement
"The Grass Roots Community Movement" which picks up where the
Civil Right's Movement Ended. I ask God how can I make a
differance in the Black Community and also uplift my people that
is stuck in the inner city ghettos. The Lord instructed me to create a
Web Journal so that I can network with positive like minded
Christian Brother's and Sister's across the nation. My first task is to
unite all the differant denominations in our community before we
can tackle this huge issue. No I am not a racist nor am I a
separatist I want to see my people move beyond the stereotypes for
ghetto youths. Those of us who are in social positions are
responsible at lease mortally to get involved with issues facing our
people nationwide. We as a people must tell both political parties to
listen to our point of view and do something immediately to
improve our situation. This group is focus on economic justice,
community organization, and political causes that would improve our
communities nationwide. I am deeply influenced by Dr. King's dream
of a better future for America and my mission is to carry that dream
forward and keep Dr.King's legacy alive. We are now the "dream
generation" in the 21st century. We're still spending more money on
our military than we are on programs for social uplift.
Dr.King said it best that if we're still spending more money on our
military than on our programs, then our country is headed toward a
spiritual death, and we are. These battles are similar to the battles
King was fighting at the end of his life. I believe that New Orleans is
our Birmingham, and I do believe that Iraq is our Vietnam for the
21st century. For me to create his group was inspiring, becauseour
voice collective nationwide can have a huge impact. Particularly
using the Gospel for change, trying to create social change through
public forms. The most urgent issues of this day, includes poverty
and racial reconciliation, and religious liberty, and the family. We
can not allow our children to continue this cycle of violence we must
take a stand and The Christian Community needs to be on
the front lines with me. I apply the word of God with social issue to
take a stand against injustice, senseless violence, and the lack of
resources in our communities nationwide. This movement can
become a model for other communities but for now this is my way
of giving back to my community and to uplift our People.

The most common questions people ask me about my group
What is your ministry about? My ministry is about uniting
our people across the country to confront the major problems
facing our communities today. (Gangs, Guns, and Drugs)
High unemployment etc...How long have you been in
ministry? Well I have been saved since 1985, I don't have a
title I ask The Lord what can I do to give back to my
community and uplift our people. The Lord told me to applie
the same principles that Dr.King and The Civil Right's
Movement used to this day and age. Then this could be a
model for other communities. Yes Indeed I do believe in the
Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Can you please send me

Group" was created is because God gave me a
vision to create a spiritual group online for
ordinary Black People within our community, where we
can share our experiences and ideas with others
across the country and come up with effective ways to
solve our problems by using the word of God as our
main source. Just like Peter and Paul in the book of
Corinthians's chapter one starting at verse ten Peter
and Paul both received a word of the Lord one was
geared for the Jews and the other was geared toward
the gentiles. Like wise, I've been commission by The
Lord to share the vision to The Black Community.
once we take back our community from the enemy then
this can be a model that other communities in America
can go by. We all want safer neighborhoods to raise
our children. But if we as a people don't do anything
to change our current situation how do you expect for
change to occur? According to God's word he states
that my people parish for the lack of knowledge.
All of us, regardless of socio-economics deserve to
live in a violent free community. Before we can
prepare our children to become responsible adults
and share with them the knowledge and skills to
compete we must first provide a safe environment for
them and unify our community nationwide. In time I
hope and pray that we could emulate part of the Asian
American community. The reason why I focus so much on
The Black Community is because we need healing. It's
people like us who can make a difference in the
outcome of our community. It took brave Brothers and
Sisters to stand up against the injustice during the
sixties now we have our freedom but so many of use
choose a life of crime. We must reject that slave
mentality and stop blaiming others all the time. just
because there is drugs in the community does not mean
we have to buy them. Our group is pro-action, pro-
active, and pro-vision. The goal of this group is to
show you/us that each of us has the power and the
responsibility to make choices that will steer our
lives in the directions we want. Each of us should be
mindful of the choices we make, as well as how we
interact with the world around us. This is not a
social group it's a prayer group. The group is based
on discussions and real life activities. My group
equips participants by empowering them which gives us
the ability to make decisions that will enable us to
improve our neighborhoods and our lives by having a
virtual town hall meetings. This is the beginning of
a learning experience we have chosen to share. We can
waste it. or capitalize on it. But it is important
because of what we are exchanging for it. When this
experience is over, the time will be gone;leaving in
its place business as usual. Together we can make
gains not loss, good not evil, success not failure.
The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day
regarding what we are going to do about our
community. We can not change our past, we can not
change the fact that people will behave a certain way.
The only thing we can do that is pray to God to touch
our people and for us to change what we can now so
that we make a better tomorrow for our children.
God is ready to help us we just need to take action
and he will do the rest. Please join my spiritual

In closing, our Father and our God I just want to

that is taking our children future away from us
and before the summer kicks in lets try to network
with one another and use this technology to find
resources that can help our community during this
season. I believe that if we can get our children
out of gangs and off drugs that would be a plus.
The main problem is social inequality. People would
not have to sale drugs if there felony record was
not use to prevent them from getting hired. The NRA
is in the politicians pocket so gun laws are not going
to work as effective as they would if not for the NRA
clout in Washington.
